INTRODUCTION

The month of March in India is characterised by the examination for 10^th & 12^th. As soon as the exams are over, the students & parents are relieved. But this relief is only very short lived. Then mounts the tension in the minds of the students & the parents regarding results, and simultaneously the expedition for Course & College begins.

The Scenario & Problems

There are many problems faced by the students & parents, like;

1. Panic after bad result.
2. Even though result is OK/Good not getting admission in course desired.
3. No base for selecting the course (a Blind Race is on where students choose courses choose by friends, or chosen by most, or heard to be in demand).
4. Students frustrated during the course selected, and then leaving them in between.
5. Students frustrated as their course did not yield job.
6. Frustration during Job, as it does not too stressing.

Solution

We have observed that a lot of Young talent is wasted because of not being conscious of their talent & others not opting to work where they are good at. So where is the problem? What is EDventure?

EDventure Consultants is into Overseas Consultancy since 2005. EDventure has 2 overseas Branch at Canada & United Kingdom. EDventure has 3 overseas Service Branches at USA, New Zealand and Australia. After successfully completing over 7 years, we find that students going abroad are only 1% of all, and the rest 99% students face a lot of problems in their Studies, Jobs and Career. Keeping this in mind we now start services for Students to take up Careers in India too. . .

Methodology

The Career Counselling suggestion comes from complex analysis of multiple dimensions by adoption our 3P modus operandi which includes Personal Profiling, Psychometric Testing, & Personal Counselling. The aim of 3P Modus Operandi is to evaluate the Intelligence, Personality, Values, Attitude area of interest, & Career Type of Student, along with this we also considers Gender, Financial Status, Personal Liking, Domicile Preference and Job Prospects.
